Personal Services Specialist - SLO & South County

Program: Full Service Partnership

Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Program Manager, the Personal Services Specialist works as a team to manage a caseload of 12 adults with serious mental illness. The Personal Services Specialist will be responsible for crisis care, case management service delivery, individual rehabilitation activities, day to day skills building, transportation to shopping and appointments and all other aspects required to help the clients maintain stability. The Personal Services Specialist will be part of an on-call coverage rotation for after hours calls.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a related Human Services field and 6 months related experience or at least two years related experience. Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid Driver’s License, proof of auto insurance, reliable transportation, and DMV driving record that meets TMHA’s current vehicle insurance requirements; strong interpersonal skills and oral/written communication skills; ability to handle difficult situations, display good judgment and decision making skills, and remain calm and clearheaded under pressure; well-defined organizational and time management skills.

Compensation
F/T ~ 40 hours. $15.36 to $20.88 per hour, DOE. Benefit eligible. Generous vacation sick and holiday; medical, and dental included.
