Job Summary
We
are currently seeking a dynamic, service-driven and proven Team Leader for our
Lompoc ACT program. At T-MHA, we are a
vital go-to service organization that is deeply engaged in the communities that

This
position works as a manager and team member for a 17-person team serving 100
transitional age youth, adults and older adults with persistent mental illness.
The Team Leader will oversee a self-contained clinical team which has direct
responsibility for providing treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to
the clients; and supervises and evaluates the multidisciplinary team to ensure
excellence, helpful and respectful services to program clients.
Lompoc ACT is a Mental Health Services Act
(MHSA)-funded, intensive Assertive Community Treatment program. Lompoc Act will
provide a full range of services including engagement, assessment,
individualized planning, personal service coordination, integrated co-occurring
drug and alcohol services, medication support, counseling support, social
skills development, supported housing, integrated vocational services,
supported education and access on a 24/7, 365 day basis. ACT promotes and inspires personal growth, healing
and recovery using a “whatever it takes” approach to service delivery. All services are provided through a multi-disciplinary
team that brings together doctors, nurses, drug and alcohol specialists,
employment specialists, peer specialists, and personal service coordinators.

Minimum Requirements
Team
Leader candidate will be a licensed MFT, LCSW or waivered PsyD or Psychologist
Doctoral candidate with at least 1 year of direct experience in management and
at least 2 years of experience with adults with severe persistent mental
illness. Other desirable qualities are some
experience as an ACT Team leader; and Spanish bilingual skills. Conditions
of employment include: must be at least 18 years of age; possess a valid CA Driver’s
License, minimum of 2 years driving experience, reliable transportation, proof
of auto insurance, and DMV driving record that meets TMHA’s current vehicle
insurance requirements. May be required
to utilize personal vehicle and auto insurance.
At the time of hire, other conditions of employment are to comply with a
T.B. skin test or chest x-ray indicating a negative tuberculosis result, and
receipt of a criminal record clearance through fingerprinting. Must be able to successfully complete First
Aid and CPR training.
Full time – Exempt; $50, 000 - $70,000/yr DOE with generous benefits
