JOB SUMMARY
The Janitorial Assistant position performs weekly, general cleaning of the program facility and other related tasks as assigned by the Program Supervisor. The Janitorial Assistant position also upholds and promotes the agency philosophy in all duties performed.
COMPENSATION
Part Time, 5 hours per week. Starting at $8.00 per hour
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must be familiar with basic janitorial tasks. Must be reliable, ethical, and work well with minimum supervision. Have clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow directions and focus on assigned tasks for a scheduled period of time. Conditions of employment include: must be at least 18 years of age and have reliable transportation. At the time of hire, other conditions of employment are to comply with a T.B. skin test or chest x-ray indicating a negative tuberculosis result, and receipt of a criminal record clearance through fingerprinting. Must be able to successfully complete First Aid and CPR training.
