Position Filled - Housing Assistant Manager, SLO
Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Program Manager, the Housing Assistant Manager of the FSP Program assists the Program Manager with daily business operations of the residential program. The Housing Assistant Manager assists in the coordination and completion of facility repairs and maintenance, referrals to housing, program paperwork, and client intake meetings. The Housing Assistant Manager must be capable of assuming program responsibilities in the absence of the Program Manager and uphold and promote the program philosophy in all duties performed.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (related humanities field preferred) and minimum one year, full-time related experience with psychiatrically disabled population OR two years full-time related experience with psychiatrically disabled population and 6 months supervisory experience. Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid Driver’s License, proof of auto insurance, reliable transportation, and DMV driving record that meets TMHA’s current vehicle insurance requirements; strong interpersonal skills and oral/written communication skills; ability to handle difficult situations, display good judgment and decision making skills, and remain calm and clearheaded under pressure; well-defined organizational and time management skills.
Compensation
30 hours per week ~ benefit eligible. $15.59-19.88 per hour, DOE.
